Hilltop Escape
Mount Boambee Retreat is a Hilltop Escape close to all the tourist facilities in Coffs Harbour and Sawtell. Built on 10 acres of ex banana plantation, we are located on a open hillside. Many fruit trees remain including mangoes, papaya, bananas, and pomegranate though you will see many more varieties if you walk around the property. You may pick fruit in season - avocados are available all year round. We share the area with many native animals and birds including wallabies and koalas. We are surrounded by extensive koala habitat
and a walk through the bush may reward with a sighting. |
Guest Rooms
Each suite has sweeping valley and sea views, with access directly to a private covered
verandah and garden. Extensive planting has been undertaken, but you will notice that
most plants are still young.
Swimming Pool
Paths lead from your rooms through the garden to the swimming pool, which opens up to a stunning vista of Mount Boambee. Walks
There are easy walks around the garden and lower slopes. You can also climb the hills for spectacular ocean views or take a walk through the forest and find pockets of rainforest |

Breakfast
Breakfast is served in the sunny courtyard or the guest lounge/dining room. We offer a changing menu with an emphasis on local produce including fresh juices and fruit as well as old favourites including cereal, pastries, bagels or croissants. Hot courses are also available such as omelettes made with free range eggs and garden herbs or pancakes with fresh fruit and maple syrup. |
Meals
Evening meals are available on request from $45-$60 per person.
If you wish to take a barbecue by the pool we can prepare a barbecue package
from $35-$45 per person. Aromatherapy
Eva is a qualified Aromatherapist and Remedial Massage therapist and is able to
offer massages by appointment. 1½ hour full body aromatherapy massages are
from $75 or remedial massages are available for 30 minutesto 1 hr for $40-$60. |
