We met over 20 years ago in Sydney while we were both working in the same hotel. After taking a year to travel all around Australia, we ran our own hotel and restaurant in Sydney for 5 years before heading north to the beautiful Coffs Coast region. We built and established the Waterside in 1996 as a small boutique resort. In 2006 we decided to 'smell the roses' a little more and have undertaken a different line of work. We then converted the property into a home for ourselves with a separate holiday apartment. We love the peace and quiet of the area, yet find Coffs a fun and cosmopolitan
city with lots to do and experience. We feel sure you'll enjoy it too! |
